  • Sale or distribution of illegal drugs or narcotics
  • Forged documents, fake IDs, or identity manipulation services
  • Counterfeit currency or fake financial instruments

2. Gambling, Betting & Chance-Based Games

  • Online or offline betting platforms
  • Casino services (virtual or physical)
  • Lottery, lucky draws, and raffle schemes
  • Sports betting, fantasy games involving real-money stakes

3. High-Risk Financial & Ponzi Schemes

  • Ponzi, pyramid, or MLM schemes promising assured returns
  • Unregulated investment advisory or trading tips
  • Binary options or unlicensed derivatives platforms
  • Crypto exchanges or wallets

4. Fraudulent or Deceptive Practices

  • Phishing, spoofing, or impersonation services
  • Fake merchant aggregation
  • Card testing, mule accounts, or transaction laundering
  • Misrepresentation of business model or transaction flow

5. Prohibited Goods & Weapons

  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives
  • Military-grade equipment
  • Weapons or replicas requiring special licenses

6. Adult, Obscene & Explicit Content

  • Pornography or sexually explicit content
  • Escort services, prostitution, or adult entertainment
  • Sale of obscene material in any form

In the event that any prohibited, restricted, or non-compliant activity is identified or brought to our notice, OneKlick may take appropriate action, including suspension of services and reporting the matter to relevant partner banks, regulatory bodies, or competent authorities, as required under applicable laws and guidelines. These measures are taken to safeguard our platform, partners, and customers.

No Liability
OneKlick shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or business impact arising from such suspension or termination, where actions are taken in good faith to comply with regulatory, legal, or risk management obligations.

Termination Policy – Restricted & Prohibited Services
Oneklick Payment Pvt.Ltd. (“OneKlick”), reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its products and services if a merchant, partner, or user is found to be engaged in Restricted or Prohibited activities, Services, or if such activities are reasonably suspected or reported.
